First Cleaning may have a surcharge based on built up waste or large amounts of yard debris.We use the Zig Zag Scan technique to ensure all waste is found.
If we cannot see the poop, we will not be able to remove waste. We provide leaf removal for an extra cost if provided advance notice. Price contingent on lot size.
We do not work during lightning storms or fresh snow.
